1. SPONSOR

The Napster Mother's Day Sweepstakes 2026 (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Napster Corporation, 1279 W. Palmetto Park Rd., PO Box 272504, Boca Raton, FL 33427 ("Sponsor" or "Napster").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Current employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and prize suppliers are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

• Create a new AI-generated song using the Napster platform at app.napster.com. Song creation requires registration or login to the Napster platform. Standard data rates may apply for mobile access.
• Share your song publicly on at least one of the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok or LinkedIn.
• Tag @NapsterCorp (or the official Napster account on the applicable platform) in the caption or body of your post, and include the hashtag #MadeOnNapster. Your post must be set to public so that Sponsor can locate and verify your entry.

Entrants who complete all steps above will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will track all qualifying entries from its official tagged accounts and #MadeOnNapster hashtag across eligible social media platforms.

Each eligible social media post constitutes one (1) entry. One (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period. Entries submitted through automated means, scripts, bots, or any other unauthorized method will be disqualified.

Entries must be posted from a valid, personal social media account held in the entrant's own name. Entries posted from business, brand, or organizational accounts are not eligible.

By entering, entrants confirm that their song and social media post comply with the terms of service of the applicable social media platform(s) on which they post. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are removed, made private, or otherwise rendered inaccessible after submission.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected on or around May 13, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor will compile all qualifying entries into a database and use random.org to generate a random winner from that database. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be announced publicly on or around May 14, 2026, via Sponsor's social media channels or through a private message.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform from which their winning entry was submitted, on or around May 14, 2026. Sponsor will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the potential winner over a period of five (5) business days. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within that period, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: A VISA gift card in the amount of five hundred dollars (US $500.00). Sponsor will contact the winner directly via direct message to arrange delivery of the gift card.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $500.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution, exchange, or replacement will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $500.00 USD.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
• Grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their entry (including the song and social media post) in connection with the promotion and publicity of this Sweepstakes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• Represent and warrant that their entry is original, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and does not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Represent and warrant that they have the right to submit their entry and to grant the rights described herein.
• Comply with the terms of service of Napster and of any social media platform on which they post their entry.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who: (i) tampers with the entry process; (ii) acts in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or annoying manner; (iii) submits an entry that violates these Official Rules; or (iv) provides false information in connection with their entry or prize claim.

9. ENTRY CONTENT STANDARDS

All entries must comply with the following standards. Entries that violate these standards will be disqualified:

• Entries must not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Entries must not contain content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or harm to any person or group.
• Entries must not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Entries must not contain the name, likeness, or voice of any identifiable individual other than the entrant, without the express written consent of that individual.
• Entries must not contain any commercial advertising, spam, or promotional content for third-party products or services.
• Entries must comply with the community guidelines and terms of service of the social media platform(s) on which they are posted.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these content standards or these Official Rules.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Songs created through the Napster platform as part of this Sweepstakes are subject to Napster's Terms of Service, available at napster.com/terms. Entrants retain any rights in their entries as set forth in Napster's Terms of Service. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the limited license described in Section 8 above.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entries do not infringe the rights of any third party.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or LinkedIn. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. Entrants release each applicable platform from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to any platform.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) any technical failures or malfunctions of any kind; or (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by an entrant, Sponsor, or any technical equipment or programming.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; lost or unavailable network or internet connections; technical malfunctions or failures of any kind; or entries that are processed late or lost for any reason.

14. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and in accordance with Napster's Terms of Service.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
